These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and sx6s ("sx6s", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the sx6s website at https://sx6s.io, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the sx6s platform and close your account. Continued use of any sx6s service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms and any amendments made to them in accordance with Section 15 of this Agreement.

This Agreement should be read alongside the sx6s Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and sx6s.

To register and maintain an account on sx6s, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. sx6s does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, access, or use any service on the platform, including free-to-play modes.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, accounts held on behalf of a third party, and nominee accounts are not permitted.
• You have not previously had an sx6s account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law and you are not accessing the platform in violation of any applicable law.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee of sx6s or any of its affiliated companies or game software providers.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false registration information is a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your sx6s account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person under any circumstances.

sx6s strongly recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladesh mobile number. This provides a significant additional layer of protection against unauthorised access. The 2FA feature can be activated at any time from your account security settings.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify sx6s customer support immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected]. sx6s will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receipt of a credible security report, but cannot be held liable for losses that occurred before notification was received.

sx6s reserves the right to request additional verification at any point, including re-verification of identity documents or contact details, before processing withdrawals or allowing continued betting activity. This is a routine security measure and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing.

sx6s operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time during your account's lifetime.

Standard KYC documentation requested by sx6s includes:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued in Bangladesh. The document must be valid and show your full legal name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or other official document issued within the last 90 days showing your residential address in Bangladesh (Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, or Cox's Bazar districts are all accepted).
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account used for deposits.

KYC documents should be submitted through your account dashboard. sx6s will review submissions within 24 hours in most cases. Until KYC is completed, withdrawal requests may be placed in a pending queue but will not be processed. Deposits and betting activity are not affected by pending KYC status unless a specific concern has been flagged.

sx6s accepts deposits in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) and Indian Rupees (INR). All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — funds transferred from a payment account belonging to another person — are not accepted and will be refunded to the source account.

Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be added from time to time; refer to the Cashier section of your account dashboard for the current list.

Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit under these Terms, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Withdrawal processing: Verified withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day depending on the receiving institution. Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. sx6s does not charge withdrawal processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy is a standard anti-money laundering control. If your deposit method is no longer available, please contact support to arrange an alternative verified withdrawal route before requesting a payout.

All sports bets placed on sx6s are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. General betting rules applicable across all markets are set out below:

• A bet is not confirmed until sx6s has accepted it and issued a bet reference number. Bets shown as "Pending" in your bet slip have not yet been confirmed.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet will be settled, subject to rule 4 deductions (deceased or withdrawn participant) where applicable to the market in question.
• In-play bets are accepted at sx6s's sole discretion. During periods of high server load — typically during major cricket matches such as Bangladesh vs India internationals or BPL finals — in-play markets may be temporarily suspended. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be either refused or accepted at the post-suspension price.
• sx6s reserves the right to void any bet placed at a materially incorrect price resulting from a pricing error or data feed failure. You will be notified of any void and your stake will be returned in full.
• Maximum payout per settled bet is ৳5,000,000 (five million Taka) or the INR equivalent. Bets that would exceed this cap will be accepted at a reduced stake that brings the maximum potential payout within the cap.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments — follow the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI). Rain-affected results, Duckworth-Lewis outcomes, and abandoned matches are settled in accordance with the specific market rules published in the Betting Help section of your account dashboard.

All casino games available on sx6s — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, as well as slots from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, and NetEnt — are governed by the rules of the individual game as stated within the game's help or information section. These Terms set out general obligations applicable to all casino and slots play on the platform.

• All casino and slots games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live physical equipment (in the case of live dealer games). Outcomes are not influenced by previous results, player identity, bet size, or account history.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the outcome of the interrupted round will be determined by the game's RNG and recorded on the game provider's server. On reconnection, the settled result will be displayed in your game history. sx6s is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Malfunction voids all pays and plays. In the event of a confirmed game malfunction, affected rounds will be voided and stakes returned. Winnings derived from a provably malfunctioning game will not be honoured.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits applicable to each game are displayed within the game interface. Players must comply with these limits at all times.

Games featuring progressive jackpots (where available) are subject to the specific jackpot rules of the relevant game provider. Jackpot wins are paid in addition to any regular game win and are funded from a pooled contribution across all qualifying players.

sx6s offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits from time to time. Participation in any promotion is subject to the specific terms and conditions published for that promotion at the time it is offered. The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on sx6s:

• All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) and any game contribution rates (e.g., slots contributing 100%, live casino contributing 10%) are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus credits and any winnings derived from bonus credits are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion terms. Bonus credits and associated pending winnings expire automatically at the end of the stated period.
• Only one active deposit bonus may be held at a time. If you make a deposit without opting into a bonus, that deposit is treated as a regular cash deposit and is not retroactively eligible for a bonus.
• sx6s reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account.
• Bonus abuse — defined as using multiple accounts, exploiting pricing errors, or placing contradictory bets across accounts to hedge bonus positions — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on sx6s. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, registering under another person's identity, or misrepresenting any material fact during registration or KYC.
• Money Laundering: Using sx6s to process, layer, or integrate the proceeds of criminal activity. sx6s cooperates fully with anti-money laundering authorities and will report suspicious activity as required by applicable law.
• Match Fixing and Insider Betting: Placing bets based on information not available to the general public, or in any way participating in the corruption or manipulation of a sporting event.
• Automated Betting (Bots): Using software programs, scripts, macros, or automated tools of any kind to place bets, access the platform, or exploit game mechanics. All betting activity must be performed manually by the registered account holder.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format available on sx6s.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or exploited error will be voided.
• Underage Gambling: Knowingly allowing a person under 21 years of age to access your sx6s account or place bets on your behalf.

All content available on the sx6s platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of sx6s or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the sx6s platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any sx6s content.
• Use any sx6s logo, trademark, or brand identifier without prior written consent.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the sx6s platform.
• Reverse-engineer or decompile any sx6s software or game client.

Unauthorised use of sx6s intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sx6s's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

sx6s shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to:

• Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures outside sx6s's reasonable control.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions).
• Interruption of internet or mobile network connectivity on the player's side during a betting or gaming session.
• Losses sustained as a result of gambling decisions made by the player, regardless of the information or odds available at the time.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, power grid failures, or cyber attacks beyond sx6s's control.

sx6s collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://sx6s.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by sx6s includes registration information, KYC documents, payment transaction records, betting and gaming history, device and IP address data, and communications with customer support. This data is used to operate your account, process payments, comply with anti-money laundering obligations, personalise your experience, and improve the platform.

sx6s will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing is limited to payment processors, game providers, KYC verification services, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where disclosure is required by law.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a cooling-off period your account remains accessible for withdrawal only.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and block yourself from re-registering for a minimum period of 12 months. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible during the exclusion period.

sx6s reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
• Player request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., closure due to player request or inactivity rather than breach), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method within 5 business days. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure regardless of the reason for closure.

In cases where an account is closed due to suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms, sx6s may withhold the outstanding balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, the balance may be forfeited in full. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned within 10 business days of the investigation's conclusion.

sx6s reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — defined as changes that materially affect your rights or obligations — will be communicated to you via the email address registered to your account at least 14 days before the amended terms take effect.

Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarification of existing provisions, or restructuring of the document without changing its substantive content) may be made without prior notice. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated whenever any change is made.

Your continued use of the sx6s platform after any amendment's effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.

These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising out of or related to your use of the sx6s platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which sx6s is registered and operated.

In the event of any dispute between you and sx6s that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy.
